Hailey is a marketing professional with over 8 years of experience in the field, working in positions at an agency, for small businesses, and currently, as a freelance entrepreneur.
Her skillset combines strategic marketing and production management along with an audience-forward approach to help brands and businesses meet their goals, engage their audiences, and ultimately, convert business. She has developed creative strategies and consulted on innovative integrated marketing campaigns for clients across multiple industries, including e-commerce brands, non-profits, hospitality and tourism, and B2B businesses.
Her strengths of project management, staying on the pulse with trends in the market, organization, and a detail-oriented mindset help drive success for her clients.
When she's not coming up with the next incredible creative marketing strategy for her clients, you can find Hailey working on her own creative passion projects, whether writing poetry or trying something new in the kitchen.

Maddie is a producer with over 7 years of experience in social media, integrated marketing, and commercial + social production.
She leads projects from concept through completion, overseeing everything from creative direction and initial ideation to pre-production planning, on-set production, and post-production. With a focus on structure and efficiency, she manages timelines, budgets, and logistics to keep projects running smoothly while maintaining a high standard of execution. Her work ensures that every piece of content is not only aligned with a broader marketing strategy, but thoughtfully crafted to look elevated, polished, and on-brand.
With a strong foundation in both production and marketing, Maddie brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to building content that supports brand growth across platforms.
Outside of work, Maddie is a mom and content creator, using her platform as a creative outlet and a way to stay connected to trends and the social media landscape.
